Fareham’s Ferneham Hall is conveniently situated midway between Portsmouth and Southampton at the heart of South Hampshire. It features a broad programme of entertainment including music and musicals, comedy, film and children’s entertainment. The highlight of the year is Ferneham Hall’s annual pantomime which attracts 20,000 people to Fareham. Opened in 1982, Fareham’s flagship venue is also available for hire for theatrical productions, exhibitions and fairs, meetings and training seminars, dinner dances, parties and weddings. Ferneham Hall is licensed for wedding ceremonies from October 2006.



Havant
Arts
Centre has a broad programme of entertainment including
theatre shows, music, comedy nights, films, dance events, exhibitions
and workshops. In addition, it has an on-site licensed
restaurant
– Red Mango - that provides lunches, buffets for conferences
and
pre-show dinners. It is also available for hire for meetings,
classes, birthday parties and shows.
Havant Arts Centre sister venue is Bedhampton Arts Centre which is home
to Making Space and SCAT Theatre Company.
Opened in January 1987, Havant Arts Centre is situated to the north
east of Portsmouth halfway between Fareham and Chichester. It
attracts an audience of approximately 20,000 visitors per year.

The Kings
Theatre Southsea has been operated and managed by
the Kings Theatre Trust Ltd for over 3 years and is providing a wide
range of professional and amateur productions to suit all tastes,
including the traditional Christmas Pantomime.
Since the Kings was bought by Portsmouth City Council in 2001
over 500,000 tickets have been sold. The Kings Theatre employs 3 full
time staff, 12 part time staff and up to 60 casual employees providing
bar staff, ushers and stage crew, and also benefits from the help of
over 100 stalwart volunteers.
The local community is wholeheartedly supporting the Kings as
a live theatre, and is attending the Kings and enjoying the high
quality productions being staged.
